Today, i have my MST1 common test.... hmmmm.. it seem bad... cos i have a bad headache and fully filled stomach when having the paper.... hahaha.... but in the end... it is quite alright.... similar to the paper of last sem... just a bit changes here and there.... after the paper i didn't join yichao they for swim nor join jeremy for pool... i went home.... since it has been ages i last have a run... i went for a afternoon jog around my neighbourhood...

i hit my new record timing and record distance today... even though with injuries on my leg... haha... so happy... came back home and have a cooling bath.. and started my rotting session on the computer... chatted with frens on msn... then have dinner and tv session... and now i rotting my way throught the night with that headache...

all my old post have move to another address... so if you wan to view them you should be a good boy or girl and ask me for it and don't advertise it for me... thanks... i'm being lazy so i shall not use any nice template for it...
